Following a press release on June 28th, 2022, teasing the vehicle, Hyundai officially revealed the 2024 Hyundai IONIQ 6 as the newest entry in their BEV lineup on July 13th, 2022. This Electrified Streamliner features an aerodynamic design and the innovative use of sustainable materials to live up to the values of EV customers. The Future of Driving
Some may be quick to call the Hyundai IONIQ 6 an electric sedan, but Hyundai maintains that the vehicle introduces a new category of vehicle: the Electrified Streamliner. Its exterior design is aerodynamically sculpted yet simple, featuring sensuous curves and close attention to detail. The real showstopper is the 2024 Hyundai IONIQ 6 interior. Hyundai wanted to create a cocoon-like cabin that inspires mindfulness. Instead of focusing on a one-style-fits-all approach, the interior was designed for each driver to satisfy their unique preferences. Thanks to the elongated Hyundai Motor Group’s Electric Global Modular Platform (E-GMP), designers were able to design the interior with optimized legroom and plenty of space to get comfortable. The Electrified Streamliner will contain Dual Color Ambient Lighting, which provides illumination in over 64 colors and six dual color themes. Over 700 Parametric Pixels can be found throughout the entire design of the Hyundai IONIQ 6, such as in the head lamps, rear combination lamps, vent garnishes, and more. There is no exact 2024 Hyundai IONIQ 6 release date yet, but Hyundai confirmed the EV will be available early 2023.
