A new model year means exciting changes are just around the corner. There are quite a few moderate changes being made to fan-favorite Hyundai models and some that are all-new models. New Year, New Features
While there are big changes coming for some of the 2024 Hyundai models, there are a few swift ones in store for a select few. The 2024 IONIQ 5 is set to have new safety and convenience features added, such as a digital rearview mirror and a Wi-Fi hotspot. The 2024 Hyundai Palisade will be adding a new Calligraphy Night Edition trim. Other models getting light refreshes include the 2024 Hyundai Elantra, 2024 Hyundai Sonata, 2024 Hyundai Tucson, and more to come.
All-New Models
The biggest change we can expect to see in the Hyundai 2024 lineup is the addition of the all-new Hyundai Kona and the Hyundai Kona Electric models. The revamped 2024 Hyundai Kona is set to feature class-leading safety features and convenience features, including:
- Increased interior and exterior dimensions
- More innovative interior space with driver-centric technology
- Efficient Nu 2.0L Atkinson Cycle with Intelligent Variable Transmission
A New Player in the Lineup
The popular 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz is welcoming another team player to its trim-level lineup! The 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz XRT trim will be introduced this model year after seeing its success on the Hyundai Tucson, Santa Fe, and Palisade models. The 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz XRT will be replacing the SEL Premium trim from the 2023 model year. This year, you can expect even more advanced features with this new trim, including:
- 2.5T GDI/MPI Engine with 8-speed wet-type DCT & paddle shifters
- Black H-Tex™ seating surfaces
- XRT-exclusive orange wheel center caps
- XRT emblem on tailgate
- Smart Cruise Control with Stop & Go
Here are some other new standard and available features we can expect to see on the 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz models across the board:
- Standard Bi-LED projector headlamps
- Available 10.25-inch navigation (included on the SEL with Activity Package and up)
- Available Lane Keeping Assist (LKA) & Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist (BCA) on steering wheel haptic feedback
